I have my copy of MSC also, but it was a couple of days later than I
had expected.  I telephone Microsoft and the woman answering explained
that the delivery schedule is dependent on when you mailed Microsoft
your update request/money.  So, if you waited until October/September to
mail you update request, you will not have received it until after
all of the July/August folks receive theirs.
