It can be bought assembled and tested, or as a kit. The series of articles are in "Radio-Electronics", starting in October '87. The assembled board comes with a 10MHz 68000, 1 Meg RAM, 4 serial, 2 parallel, real-time clock, floppy controller, 6 XT-compatible 8-bit slots, etc etc, and SK*DOS software, and runs $600 US.
