Charging credit cards for orders not sent within 30days is simply illegal.
The law requires that you be informed of the delay and allowed
to choose between continuing to wait and a refund. The same holds
true for checks.

I recommend anyone who encounters this practice challenge
the charge. By law, instructions on how to do so are on
the flip side of your credit card statement.
