I bought a Mac II in October with a monochrome monitor, with the expectation
of upgrading to a color monitor (via the exchange program) after the first of
the year.  My dealer is now telling me that I should have ordered a color
monitor at the time of purchase to qualify for the swap.  What *is* the 
exchange policy?  Has anyone out there had a similar experience?
