Would there be any reason that a call to DrawMenuBar would
draw the menu bar twice?  I stepped through it using
TMON and the next instruction it jumps to after DrawMenuBar
is another DrawMenuBar - and in most times it doesn't jump
to the second DrawMenuBar call - wierd?
