The recently  posted  IconDesigner  program is indeed a good icon
editor, but appeared  to  me  missing  one very valuable feature;
the ability to COPY  an  image from, say, the Scrapbook, into the
clipborad, and then PASTE it  into  the  icon  (with  appropriate
shrinking/expanding to fit the selection rectangle, as needed).

True,  this doesn't always yield a  useable  image,  but  if  you
choose carefully it does, and can produce  some very good looking
icons with a bit of cleanup.

Did I miss how to do this (the  PASTE  command  is grayed after I
copy an image into the clipboard), or is it not there?
