I'd just like to point out that this would violate Apple's licensing agreement. If I download it from GEnie (which I have), I AM NOT ALLOWED to give it to a friend. Now, I doubt apple is going to prosecute me for doing so--I expect it is rather a sop to apple's lawyers and the US copyright laws. But the licensing agreement DOES prohibit it. It is possible (and likely) that apple will explicitly license user groups to redistribute, but not individuals. This is not a flame.
