	I looked at the MPW Pascal 2.0 interfaces, and the constant is spelled
	"iPfMaxPgs", with the lower-case "f". It could be a minor slipup
	on Apple's part, it could be a change in casing scheme, or
	it could be none of the above.

	I think that one instance of a case change doesnt constitute
an "abandonment" of the casing scheme.
