Apple Computer, Inc., places great emphasis on giving customers a
successful first experience with our computers.  Our computer-based
training is the first step in that process.  As a result, we develop
CBT that is graphically-oriented.  We are looking for a manager for
the group that develops the on-screen graphics for our CBT.

Computer Graphic Manager

Responsibilities

!	Manage a group of Art Directors, Graphic Designers, and Illustrators
!	Oversee the design and creation of the visual imagery appearing
	in Apple's computer-based training products, including line
	art, instructional graphics, images and animation created with a
	variety of Apple computers and tools.
!	Responsible for establishing graphic design and illustration
	standards for the computer-based training department.

Job Requirements

!	B.A. in Graphic Art, Graphic Design, or Art Education
!	Managerial experience (of computer artists)
!	Understanding of computer graphic art production processes
!	Knowledge of Macintosh(TM) computers
!	Experience with Macintosh hardware/software tools (including,
	but not limited to, graphic hardware and software tools)
!	Working knowledge of screen design, typography, screen illustration
