What is the word? I just got my MacII 3 weeks ago :-)), and the dealer I bought it from has monitors in stock, but they were still rare enough that they demanded full price ($999) for it. I bought a Sony 1302 Multiscan, and after comparing it to the MacII color screen at work, and more than satisfied with it. The only difference that is apparent is that the Apple screen has lots of glare, where the Sony screen has an anti glare treatment (which doesn't seem to alter the brightness or hue at all). Of course that is in Cupertino, perhaps Apple is shipping more units your way :-)? -------------------- Ken Wallich *My views are mine, and mine alone* Consultant "Camelot!
