The first time (Ah, that first time, you never forget ... ) it did what you described, but when I pushed down the COMMAND-OPTION-SHIFT *BEFORE* opening the Apple menu instead of after (which is what I did the first time) it worked. It also works on the Mac II, but the keys can go down any time up until the mouseUp (eek!
