You probably have to change the definition of the {MPW} variable in the Startup file. As shipped, it is "{Boot}MPW:"; sounds like you want "{Boot}Programming Languages:MPW:" Me, I have things set up so that things I've changed are in a different place, "{Boot}Local:", and the MPW subdirectories are absolutely as shipped, except for the Startup file which contains one line: Execute "{Boot}Local:Startup" Makes it much easier to install updates. Note that things like CIncludes, RIncludes, etc., are search paths - you can define them as "{Local}CIncludes:,{MPW}CIncludes:" for example, and your changed files will be searched first, MPW's original files if you haven't changed that one.
