Where can I buy NFS for the MAC?  Is it even available?  Will it work with
a Kinetics AppleTalk/Ethernet gateway?

What about EFS from Stanford?  The folks that, according to Kinetics,
distribute the software have never heard of it (at least the sales person
I talked to did not know about it).
