Last week I attended a talk given by Bill Atkinson at a Chicago Mac users group meeting. One of the things he stated emphatically was that HyperCard is NOT a straight database, nor was it intended to be. Bill calls HyperCard a "software Erector Set, only you can make new parts." Bill is currently on a tour of user groups around the country, sponsered by Apple. If you can get to see him, GO!! He's lots of fun and very informative.
