This code drives the telnet based remote console. The bug is most likely to show up in console sessions with terminal servers that typically offer a smaller TCP window than unix hosts. The Proteon code will sometimes ignor the offered window and send out packets with more data than it should. This bug is of minor significance and I am reporting it only against the possibility that someone else might trip over it. I have reported it to Proteon, but too late for it to be fixed in 7.4.
