Hello:
	We have an IRIS 2500T on which we are tring to bring up CAPS
(Columbia AppleTalk Protocol Suite?).
	-Has anyone else done this?

We are running into problems with CAPS need for BSD type functions namely:
	gettimeofday
	#include <sys/time.h>
	#include <netdb.h>

I have looked in the man pages and found references to both include
files But the files themselfs don't exist.  So, I checked the
/usr/lib/lib* files for strings that should exist if the routines
exist -- I found them. What is wrong? Did we srew-up our system?

I check the distribution tape.  But this is odd.
