When I discovered the "venetian blind effect" on the Gemini's graphics, I called Star Micronics (the manufacturer) and talked with their tech support folks. (This was probably two years ago.) They said that they were coming out with an Epson-compatible version, but that there was no way to modify my existing 10X to be compatible. ...
