Lines: 19 Hello folks. Before I get to my problem, I just want to say that I will be cancelling my subscription to 80-MICRO starting January, 88 so please don't get on my case. Here is the problem: I just managed to type in a program which appeared in the October issue called CRTSAV/FLT. This program is a filter for TRSDOS 6.x/LS-DOS 6.3 which will blank out the video screen after 3 minutes of inactivity. Afterwards, if anything gets displayed again(like hitting a character key), it is suppose to restore the screen. Everything works OK until the screen is restored, now the cursor disappears and the computer locks-up. Since I am not an assembly programmer, any help on this would be greatly appreciated. If you have a screen filter like this one which is installed to the *DO device, please let me know. Thanks. William Chao wchao@topaz.rutgers.edu
