It was established at a recent AI Programme meeting that Philip Hartley
is due to leave Rank Xerox and join a rival company called Harlequin.  I
would like to thank Philip for his support to the RX AI world and wish
him well in his new position.
	As Philip will not be leaving directly I would suggest to those who
maintain distribution lists  remove Philip from those DL's to save any
embarrassment.
