Does any know of a termcap entry which will allow 8 bit characters and possibly down loading of the character set to be used? Will there be any problem with vi working with 8 bit characters? He does not just want a termcap entry which will make a vt220 work as a vt100. Thanks in advance. johnh... -- -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= UUCP: ihnp4!wheaton!johnh telephone: (312) 260-3871 (office) Mail: John Hayward Math/Computer Science Dept.
