Basically, I'm trying to force a string of text and a page number into the table of contents of a MM document. I can't use the ".H" macros because I don's want the string to appear as a header. I've looked at the nroff "code" for the ".H" macro and the ".TC" macro but I can't figure out which parts control the formation of the table of contents. (Remember, I'm new at this.) Can someone out there give me some pointers? -- US Mail: Stan Kalinowski, Tektronix, Inc. Is this what you need? Michael Morrell
