Although RCS allows me to check in my files, my version will not allow
me to check them out. I always get an error that says "Can't build
current directory path", and if I try a 'co -l' I also get an error
that it "Can't find semaphore file RCS/,batch.c,", although that file
is there. Has anybody seen this before?
