We want to hook up a printer to our Vax/780 4.3BSD Unix system using
DTR protocol instead of Xon/Xoff. I find no mention of such support
in the system documentation, although I could have missed it.  Does
BSD allow this?  We are using dhu-11 (clones) terminal muxes.
