We just received a cdc 9772.  (Which we've attached via an emulex
sc7003 to a vmaster on our vax 780.  The sc7003 is configured
to respond like an rm02 for this drive).

Adding this to hp.c seems straightforward, create a 9772_sizes
struct, and add a 9772 entry to hpst.

Any suggestions for the values of the sdist and maxdist/mindist
in the hpst structure?  These are described as the "seek distance
metric" and "boundaries of non-searched area preceding the target
sector", respectively.
