XToolkit Questions

We have had the new toolkit documentation for 2 days now and have some
questions about its design:

1) Is there a way to attach the same menu to two (or more) different widgets,
   A and B, where A is not a child of B nor is B a child of A?

2) The toolkit still doesn't seem to allow widgets to be created
   for different displays within a single application.  Is this true?

3) Although it was not documented in the toolkit manual, the last code
   release had a feature where the class_name parameter to XtInitialize
   was also taken to be a file name that lived in a directory /usr/lib/Xapps.
   If this file existed it was processed into the application's resource
   database.  This feature is not documented in the new document, but it's
   a good idea and hope that it's still in the code, is it?
