Lines: 16 Summary: clarify which was first X server for MS-DOS Since the IDI X server for the PC is X.V10R4, I'd like to make sure that there is no confusion between it and our product. Cognition Inc. has been shipping PC/X, a PC/AT MS-DOS X10 server for over a year (it was originally bundled in with our MCAE product, but is now offered separately). A technical blurb describing it was published on the XPERT mailing list in January 1987, and has been reprinted here several times since. IDI's "PC-X Windows", although annoyingly similar in name, has no relation whatsoever to Cognition's PC/X.
