I have not seen anything on this in this group and I know it has been 
causing some problems with my uucp queues, so I send this message out.

site 'decvax' has been down for a few days and is being moved to a new
facility.  I expect some major backlog(s) are taking place at sites
that communicate with decvax.  

decvax should be back and communicating with the world before
some of you read this, but there will be some delay in data
that was being passed through decvax (I have about 100 such
jobs currently queued up....)
