I have seen a bunch of map entries for public access sites where
there is no mention of the phone number to call to reach the site.
If you really want the public to call, put the number in there!

(Note:  the number in the #T field should be your VOICE number for
when your system is down and we need to talk to you.  But put your
public data number in a #R field, along with any restrictions on
who should call, or when.)
