Ever since I applied patches 9 though 11 I've been getting several of these
error messages:

	expire: Unparsable date "31 Dec 69 23:59:59 GMT"

every time expire is run.  Anyone else have this problem and/or know the cure?
I searched all the articles here and that Date itself does not appear in any.
We are running OSx4.0 on a Pyramid 90x.
