	Is the junk newsgroup used anymore?  I watch it for signs of
missing newsgroups, but no articles have ended up there for a while,
and we had a bunch of missing newsgroups according to the lastest 
checkgroups mesage.  As soon as I created them, articles arrived.
	Does 2.11 not use junk anymore?  Or am I just missing a 
patch? (I'm up to 11)
