	I've just read a news item which referred to patch 40 of rn, and I
just caught patches 11 and 12 of news2.11, but missed patch 10. Can anyone 
point me at some source, other than seismo, for them?  For some reason, 
seismo has been rejecting my attempts at ftp.  Has seismo set some time
frame, out of which it will not accept an ftp?
