The source code for KCL (but not the UNIXpc version) can be obtained by anonymous FTP (ARPAnet types only, sorry) from rascal.ics.utexas.edu. There is also a Common Lisp version of MACSYMA (the symbolic mathematics manipulation package from MIT) available that runs in KCL. If anyone has any further info about KCL, please post it.
