The vast majority of Unix PC's are not in that situation, and so don't need that code. The following patch to localize.7300, and your own localize.sh is therefore useful. Note that if you do not apply this patch, it will not affect you one way or the other; using it just makes your Makefile a little bit cleaner. I.e., this is mostly for cosmetic purposes.
