Are you being intentionally offensive, or is this just your "bedside
manner"?  Who the f*ck do you think you are, anyway?

What sort of physician do you claim to be, by the way?  And what sort
of "hormone therapy" would you suggest?  Estrogen, to turn Mark into
a "normal" (i.e. quiet and submissive) woman?  Or progesterone, so
he can have a masculine hairy chest to go along with his "masculine"
ideas?
