This is what you will get if you send the archive server a message saying
"send index"

Category	Contents
====================================================================
Recipes		alt.gourmand archive in nroff/troff macro format
Cleartext	alt.gourmand archive in text-file format (nroff output)
Programs	alt.gourmand software and documentation
Systems		various system program packages, such as the archive system
		   itself.

To see the index for any category, send the server a message saying
"send index recipes" or "send index cleartext", etc. Capitalization does not
matter. The indexes for "Recipes" and "Cleartext" categories are identical.
