BIONET unfortunately does not have the resources to mail out diskettes
to people who do not have accounts on our system.  At some point in
time we will probably have anonymous FTP established but not yet.  My
best suggestion (if one does not want a BIONET account) is to contact
the authors of the programs themselves to see what arrangements can be
made.
