This was a slight mistake on my part which slipped through when I posted it. Actually, if you put termcap in its default directory (c:\etc\) it will also work. That's the reason I missed the error of it not finding termcap.cnf in the path. There was a new README file I posted here that explained this problem, but some people must have missed it.
