     I am looking for information about software that can be used for
creating state transistion diagrams.  I know about the software that
is an integral part of the RAPID/USE prototyping package.  What else is
out there?  I'm interested particularly in something that is PC-based and
commercially available, and I'm NOT (particularly) looking for something as
sophisticated as RAPID/USE.

     If there is a big response, I will summarize ...
