I just got a 2400VP, and have been having no end of problems with it. It's almost unusable at 2400 baud unless it's in MNP mode; I get all sorts of garbage in both directions on the phone line. In MNP mode, there are occasionally very long delays, hinting that the modem is retransmitting a lot of stuff. I don't have problems like this with my Concord CDS 224. Anyone else have similar experiences? --Pat.
