I just happened on a note in "designfax": touch screens for the Mac+,
SE and II are available from MicroTouch Systems Inc., 10 State St.,
Woburn MA 01801.  The note claims it is the "first".  I'll send the
bingo card in for the first respondent if anyone's interested.
