So the question is, does the committee have a copy of the draft on line
(I'm sure it's at least on a word processor somewhere), and can that be
made available for FTP and possibly mail-server-based access?  (I figure
it's not practical to post to USENET (in any group) because of the size
compared to the number of people that would actually read a substantial
percentage of it.)
