Someone stated that Turbo C 1.5 is advertised as shipping but it
is actually not.  He asked if MS is "as bad."

I have a part-time job in a computer store which has Turbo 1.5
and MS-QuickC (latest version) both in stock.  Maybe they just
aren't shipping to YOU :-)
