At that time we posted empty u.usa.XX.a files to the net to cause the old data to be tossed. Somehow, your site must have missed these postings. At any rate, if anyone is still using u.usa.XX.a files for routing, you're bound to get into trouble. At this point, you should just delete the files. Some folks have kept these files around because AT&T no longer publishes internal information. That's fine I guess - but don't use the files as input to pathalias!!! BTW: The same goes for u.usa.nj.b.1 (the old Bellcore File).
