Would the Usenet readers please provide some information about how an 
individual could access a computer which carries at least all 433 of the 
existing newsgroups, when that individual only has a computer terminal 
and a 300/1200 baud modem?

For example, if an individual accessed Usenet as a university student and 
as a corporate employee for 10 years, but then suddenly had no access via 
school or company computers, how could that individual regain private 
access to Usenet?   I'm told that there exist private companies which 
will sell users an account (on Unix I hope) and time by the hour.  
Is that information factual?

General info, names, addresses, and telephone numbers are what are being 
requested please, and thanks-a-lot in advance!
