Wow, somebody posted something to this group... :-)

I believe the current version of TC/PIP for AOS/VS is 2.00.01 , this meaning
that there has been one unofficial patch available so far. If they had
a real live official patch/version update, then the numbering scheme would
be like 2.1.x , but that is not so.

Actually==> this machine itself runs DG/UX now, not AOS/VS anymore. We switched
over to DG/UX this summer and it's been really interesting. The funnly part is 
the problems with TCP/IP are very similiar. Do you run your machine in any
sort of a hybrid environment? We had some problem initially with 2.00 with
the machine getting confused when talking to BSD based TCP/IP through DEC 
Delnis

You can always get (at least in the US) good update info via the OIS (online
information service) line. It's free and you call your favorite CompuServe 
access point to log on. Otherwise, I'd like to learn more about how to program
with this package.. documentation doesn't help much.
