  Recently, Andy mentioned that ar.c with a b option had been posted.  I
  checked the index listing on bugs.nosc.mil and couldn't find it (or didn't
  recognize it).  Does anybody know where this is if it is available?

We don't have it in the pacific northwest either.  I'd like to see a copy
or diffs
