I have (very) recently acquired minix version 1.1 (640K, IBM-PC version).  
From what I can tell, minix cannot read the partition table on my hard disk 
because I am using an RLL controller.  Minix has no problem with a friend's 
Western Digital controller (MFM) for their hard disk.  I'd appreciate any 
advice on what I need to do to modify minix to work with my controller 
(a DTC).  I assume I will have to change xt_wini.c, but before I embark on 
this project, I'd like the benefit of the collected net wisdom.

Please e-mail responses if this topic has been discussed previously on 
the net -- no sense cluttering up traffic again!
