We know how to "convert" the DMF-32-port to a Centronics prot (that's the communication port in the AGFA). We have succeeded in connecting a small matrix printer with Centronics port to the DMF-32. The output to the matrix printer looks all fine but, when printing on the Agfa, using the same cable as to the matrix printer, we get problems. When printing TeX-output we get only 2-3 pages, when printing line printer listings we get 5-6 pages, and after that the Postscript interpreter in the AGFA skips the rest of the text. I think there is some sort of handshake problem between the VAX and the AGFA. Does anyone have experience of connecting an Agfa P400PS in this way to a VAX DMF-32 line printer port?
