I am looking for information on any cards which do voice processing.
Specifically they would need to do A-D and D-A, but I would prefer for
them to have other features such as: voice messaging to disk, mass
announcement(s), tone control of voice messaging, and the ability to
connect one or more callers (cards) together.  I am flexible about the
host system (it would probably be AT compatible).  I have heard about 
a board called, or made by Watson... would this do the job, and does
