We have inquired several times of both BBN and ACC, and for all we know both groups have been on vacation. Until your latest post, I had no idea that there really was any activity aimed specifically at treating this problem. We're still new at this, and at first we didn't know who to ask. We found out, and we asked several times. Alright, I haven't called every day, but nevertheless - WHY DO WE ONLY SEE STATUS REPORTS ON A GENERAL MAILING LIST??? Gene
